Short Biography: José Neuman de Souza (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in computing from the Pierre and Marie Curie University (PARIS VI/MASI Laboratory), Paris, France, in 1994.,He is currently a Researcher and Full Professor with Computing Department, Federal University of Ceará, Fortaleza, Brazil. Since 1999, he has been the Brazilian representative at the IFIP TC6. His research interests include cloud computing and network management.

Short Biography: Prof. Dr. Noor Zaman Jhanjhi is a distinguished senior Professor, academician, researcher, and scientist in Computer Science, specializing in cybersecurity. He currently serves as a Professor at the School of Computer Science at Taylor's University, Malaysia, and is the Program Director for Postgraduate Research Degree Programmes in Computer Science. Short Biography: Yilun Shang received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Mathematics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is currently an Associate Professor of Computer Science at Northumbria University. He is the Head of Subject for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. His research interests include complex networks and systems, probability and analysis, algebra and combinatorics, algorithms and optimization, data science and artificial intelligence.
Prof. Himan Shahabi, Silesian University of Technology, Poland
Short Biography: HIMAN SHAHABI is a remote sensing and GIS specialist and researcher with professional brilliance in research and scientific/industrial leadership. He is familiar with GIS modeling and RS techniques in natural hazards assessment and has industrial and research experience in Iran, Malaysia, China, and South Korea. He works remotely as a university professor in geoscience (remote sensing and GIS) at the Faculty of Natural Resources, University of Kurdistan, Iran. He also works as a Professor at the Institute of Physics/Division of Geochronology and Environmental Isotopes, Silesian University of Technology, Gliwice, Poland. During the past few years, he has been the supervisor and advisor of more than 35 master's theses, 4 doctoral theses, and 2 post-doctoral researcher's host professors. The number of citations to his articles is more than 14833, and his H-index is 71. He has refereed more than 510 international articles and is a member of the editorial board of 8 international and national journals. Also, he has managed to publish 5 books in Farsi and English languages. He has also published more than 135 international research articles in prestigious international JCR journals with world-renowned authors from the United States, Canada, Australia, and most European countries, among which are 15 articles as the first author and 49 articles as the corresponding author. Also, 22 of his 130 articles were highly cited articles. During these few years, he has been the executive of provincial, national, and international research projects. He recently completed a three-year international research project with China on flood monitoring and susceptibility mapping. He has been a member of the country's National Elite Foundation since 2011. He was listed among the world's top 1% of scientists based on the Clarivate Analytics (Essential Science Indicators (WOS-ESI) and Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC) list. He also was among the top 2% of scientists in the world in his field, according to the report of Stanford University in America in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023.
Prof. Lin Wang, Hangzhou Dianzi University, China
Short Biography: Lin Wang is a distinguished professor of information science at Hangzhou Dianzi University, China. He received a Young Information Scientist award from the China Society for Science and Technology Information and a Bob Williams Research Grant Award from the Association of Information Science and Technology (ASIS&T). He earned his PhD degree in information science from Peking University. His research interests include the foundations of information science and information philosophy. He has published more than 100 academic papers in international LIS journals and leading peer-reviewed information science journals in China. Several papers received “best paper” awards from national academic organizations, including the Chinese Society for Science and Technology Information and the Chinese Science and Technology Communication Society. Professor Wang is currently the Chair of SIG History and Foundation of Information Science, ASIS&T. He is also the vice chair and general secretary of Zhejiang Information Resources Management Association.
